Operational terms and procurement conditions governing the use of China Hyper EV's global vehicle export platform.
2026/04/20
By accessing and using the China Hyper EV platform (chinahyperev.com), you are engaging with a globally operated B2B sourcing system focused exclusively on wholesale electric vehicle export. Interactions, pricing matrices, and document flows outlined on this site are structured for dealerships, corporate fleets, and international trading entities.
Buyers must acknowledge that regulations concerning EV importation vary radically across international zones. While China Hyper EV provides origin-country 180-Day export compliance documentation and clears the vehicle from the port of origin, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to secure destination-country homologation, safety certification, and import tax clearance.
Lead times and FOB/CIF pricing discussed via site inquiries or automated matrices are provisional estimates based on current factory allocations and shipping lane availability. Hard execution terms are only bound post execution of a formal Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and receipt of initial bank-cleared deposits.
We recognize the risk parameters of international EV sourcing. Pilot programs and single-unit sampling orders are acceptable under specific conditions to allow procurement teams to verify our QA and logistics pipelines before committing to full-scale container or RoRo batches.
Our liability is capped strictly at the FOB point of origin or CIF point of destination as delineated in the executed SPA. China Hyper EV is not liable for indirect downstream losses resulting from destination customs delays, or unforeseen regulatory changes in your target import market.
